Ingredients
  • 1 cup fusilli
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup sliced capsicum
  • ½ tsp oregano or mixed herbs
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
Instructions
  • 1 Boil fusilli; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  • 2 Heat butter; sauté crushed garlic 30 seconds.
  • 3 Add mushrooms & capsicum; sauté on medium-high until lightly browned.
  • 4 Add oregano, pepper & salt.
  • 5 Lower flame and add cream; heat gently without boiling hard.
  • 6 Add fusilli + splash of pasta water; toss gently.
  • 7 Garnish with parsley/coriander and serve immediately.

  • 1 cup fusilli

Instructions

  • 4 Pour dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
  • 5 Mix gently to coat.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rajdhani Fusilli
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ cup green peas
  • Green paste: mint (2 tbsp), spinach (½ cup), 1–2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
  • 1 Boil fusilli in salted, oiled water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  • 2 Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds.
  • 3 Add onions; sauté until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste; cook 1 minute.
  • 4 Add green peas; cover and cook 3–4 minutes.
  • 5 Add the blended green paste, salt, and garam masala; cook 5 minutes.
  • 6 Add boiled fusilli + splash of pasta water; mix gently to coat.
  • 7 Stir in lemon juice and serve hot.
