Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rajdhani Penne
  • 1 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala or garam masala
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup grated cheese
Instructions
  • 1 Boil penne; drain. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • 2 Heat oil; sauté onion until golden; add ginger-garlic paste and cook 1 minute.
  • 3 Add tomato puree, turmeric, pav bhaji masala/garam masala, and salt; cook until oil separates.
  • 4 Add milk/cream and mix into a smooth sauce.
  • 5 Add crumbled paneer and boiled penne; mix gently.
  • 6 Transfer to baking dish; top with grated cheese.
  • 7 Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.

Instructions
  • 1 Heat oil; add chicken and ginger paste; cook until sealed and white.

  • 4 Add penne, salt & black pepper.
  • 5 Cover and simmer 15–20 minutes until penne is cooked and broth thickens slightly.
  • 6 Adjust seasoning.
  • 7 Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.

  • 1 cup Rajdhani Penne

  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • ½ tsp oregano

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp basil or coriander
Instructions
  • 1 Boil penne and keep aside.
  • 2 Heat oil; sauté garlic & chili flakes for 30 seconds.
  • 3 Add tomato puree; mix in oregano, sugar & salt.
  • 4 Simmer 5–7 minutes until slightly thick.
  • 5 Add boiled penne; coat well.
  • 6 Reduce heat; add grated cheese to melt into the sauce.
  • 7 Garnish with basil or coriander and serve.

  • ½ cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
Instructions
  • 1 Boil penne in salted, oiled water until al dente; drain and reserve ¼ cup pasta water.
  • 2 Heat oil; add cumin seeds and asafoetida; let them splutter.
  • 3 Add onion; sauté until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste; cook 1 minute.
  • 4 Add chopped tomatoes/puree; cook until soft and oil separates.
  • 5 Add coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt; cook 1 minute.
  • 6 Add mixed vegetables with reserved pasta water; cover and cook until tender-crisp.
  • 7 Add boiled penne; coat gently in the masala.
  • 8 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
