Ingredients
  • 1 cup Ladoo Atta / Whole Wheat Atta
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins)
Instructions
  • 1 Heat ghee in a pan on low flame.
  • 2 Add atta and roast on low flame while stirring continuously.
  • 3 Continue roasting until the atta turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
  • 4 Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly.
  • 5 Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder; mix well.
  • 6 Add chopped dry fruits and combine everything evenly.
  • 7 While the mixture is still warm, take portions and shape them into round ladoos.
  • 8 Allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container.
  • 9 Enjoy as a healthy sweet snack anytime.
